1. Our Returns & Exchanges Policy in Detail
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, unassembled, with all original tags and packaging intact. It must also be within the 15-day return period from the delivery date.
Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged
To ensure the health, safety, and integrity of our products for all our global family, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Christmas Greenery (Fresh Items): Including fresh wreaths, garlands, and similar perishable botanical decor due to their natural, perishable nature.
- Personalized or Custom-Made Items: Any Christmas Ornaments, Christmas Textiles, or other decorations that have been personalized or customized at your request.
- Opened or Used Seasonal Electronics: Such as Christmas Lights or Christmas Inflatables where the original packaging has been opened or the product has been installed/used, for safety and hygiene reasons.
- Gift cards (if offered).
- Items marked as “Final Sale” on the product page.
💡 Tip from Our Elves: Please inspect your Christmas Tree Stands, Window Decorations, and Yard Decorations upon delivery. If anything is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a swift resolution—we’re here to help!
2. The Festive Return & Exchange Process (Step-by-Step)
Step 1: Contact Our Festive Helpers (Within 15 Days)
Please email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange. You can use the template below to make it easier.
Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization & Instructions
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Please do not ship returns back to our company address without an RMA number.
Step 3: Pack and Ship Your Return
Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, include all parts and accessories. Place the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. Ship the package to the address we provide using a trackable shipping service. We recommend keeping your proof of postage.
Step 4: Our Inspection & Your Refund/Exchange
Once we receive your return at our holiday warehouse, our quality-check elves will inspect it (within 3-5 business days).
- For Returns: Upon approval, your refund will be processed immediately.
- For Exchanges: We will ship the replacement item to you via our standard shipping method. If the desired item is out of stock, we will process a refund or contact you for an alternative.
3. Refunds: Timing & Method
We aim to spread refund cheer as quickly as possible!
- Timing: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your original payment account after we approve it. The exact time depends on your bank or payment processor (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal).
- Method: All refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot issue refunds to a different card or account.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees (e.g., the $12.95 for Standard Shipping) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect item).
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your Christmas Tree Collar arrived scratched, your Christmas Tree Skirt is the wrong pattern, or any item is defective, please accept our apologies! Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos/videos of the product and its packaging. We will arrange a prepaid return label if needed and send a replacement immediately, or process a full refund—your choice.
