1. Eligibility & Items That Cannot Be Returned

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it, within the 15-day window.

❌ Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)

To ensure the health, safety, and integrity of our products for all our customers, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Christmas Greenery (Fresh Items): Including fresh Christmas Wreaths, Christmas Garland, and similar perishable botanical decor due to their natural lifespan.
  • Personalized or Custom-Made Items: Any Christmas Ornaments, Christmas Textiles, or other decorations personalized at your request.
  • Opened or Used Seasonal Electronics: Such as Christmas Lights or Christmas Inflatables where the original packaging is opened or the product has been installed/used (for safety/hygiene).
  • Gift cards (if offered).
  • Items clearly marked “Final Sale” on their product page.

2Receive Your Return Authorization & Instructions

We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Please do not send returns without an RMA.

3Pack and Ship Your Return

Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging with all parts. Write the RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship to the address we provide using a trackable service and keep your proof of postage. (Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was our error.)

4Our Inspection & Your Refund/Exchange

Once received, our quality-check elves will inspect the return (within 3-5 business days).
For Returns: Upon approval, your refund is processed immediately.
